Show 187 Breathing to Calm Your Mind

A short episode but a necessary one in these times of palpitation. There are two breathing apps of interest.  It doesn't matter what the external world is doing, you need to focus on taking care of yourself.

Breathing is one way to do that.

If you need support contact the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-8255, the Trevor Project at 1-866-488-7386 or text “START” to 741-741.

The company that created this lovely two minute breathing videos seems to have gone out of business. I'm getting a 404 message but it is still posted on YouTube and it is visually helpful.
