Rollercoasters, Virtual Reality Exposure Therapy and Agoraphobia are somehow interrelated in this episode. I have to say the real world is far more interesting that what can be conjured up virtually but it does have potential as a treatment option.

Kintsukuroi App - From Broken to Whole

There are times when you need to do something to take you mind off of the rabbit track. This is a simple puzzle game called Kintsukuroi.





Basically the ceramic piece is broken and you are tasked with putting it back together.

And while you are doing that your mind shifts away from the yakity-yak.  It is free and if you have Android 2.3 and up you are good to go.
